Another internet fraudster who hails from the South-eastern part of Nigeria will be cooling heels behind bars for over 4 years after being found guilty of fraud.   Obinna Obioha, a Nigerian hacker was jailed for 51 months by a New York judge for operating a fraud scheme that swindled $6.5 million from businesses in the US and elsewhere.   US District Judge David N. Hurd sentenced Obinna Obioha, 31, for running a scheme in which he instructed hackers to hack into computers and email accounts of individuals around the world using malicious software.   The announcement of Obioha’s sentence was made by Acting United States Attorney Grant C. Jaquith and Vadim D.   Legendary Nigerian musician,  Segun Bucknor  has died at the age of 71. Late Segun was the father of popular OAP,  Tosyn Bucknor  and events manager,  Funke Bucknor. He was one of the pioneers of the early Nigerian music sound, learning the art from the legendary Roy Chicago of the highlife fame.   A 30-year-old Nigerian man has been arrested on Saturday morning, August 5, after he was found in possession of 11.85 grams of cocaine in Patong, Phuket, Thailand. Officers arrested the Nigerian national identified as Chidi Thedus Matthew on Soi Nanai Street 9 at 00:30am, according to a police report. He was taken to Patong Police Station and charged with possession of Category 2 drug with intent to sell.   A Ghanaian journalist, Saddick Adams  on Saturday  posted photos from a funeral where the deceased was buried in a coffin molded like the popular beer brand, Star. "At a funeral today in our own Ghana, the deceased was buried in a casket that was molded like a Star Beer bottle" he wrote. According to Ghanaian media, burying the dead in specially shaped coffins is not new in the country.
