Anti-corruption war: Abdulsalami exposes Buhari Abdulsalami Abubakar has called on Nigerians to support Buhari’s anti-corruption war. Former head of state, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (retd) says President Buhari’s anti-corruption crusade is neither sectional nor selective as some Nigerians were claiming. Abdulsalami, speaking at the 2016 summit of  the Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) in Abuja on Tuesday, July 26, also called on Nigerians to support the current effort of the federal government to fight corruption in public service. Sheriff Arrests Dr Dre For Pointing A Gun At A Motorist  Dr. Dre, who made his name rapping about police brutality before becoming one of the wealthiest entrepreneurs in music, was handcuffed by sheriff’s deputies in a dispute near his home for pointing a gun at a motorist, officials said. Sheriff’s deputies headed Monday to Dr. Dre‘s exclusive house on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu after receiving a complaint from a motorist who parked outside the home. This is so sad...A 35 year old Nigerian Businessman beaten to death in South Africa...photos The Nigerian Union in South Africa has confirmed the death of 35 year old Nigerian businessman, Ikejiaku Chinedu, who was beaten to death by guards of a private security firm situated on the outskirts of Polokwane, Limpopo Province of South Africa at about 8p.m on Tuesday July 25th. Chinedu who is married with three children and hails from Ogwa, Mbaitolu Local Government Area of Imo state, was chased by the guards and seriously beaten until he died. Autopsy carried out showed he had many bruises on him. The South African police say a thorough investigation will be carried out. The deceased is the 15th Nigerian to be killed in South Africa this year.
